OLIVER HAZARD DAY
WHAT IS OLIVER HAZARD DAY?
OLIVER HAZARD DAY IS A SINGLE DAY MUSIC FESTIVAL, FOUNDED BY THE THREE MEMBERS OF THE WATERVILLE OHIO BASED INDIE FOLK BAND, OLIVER HAZARD. IN AUGUST OF 2018, THE MAYOR OF WATERVILLE ASKED US TO HOST A MUSIC FESTIVAL IN OUR HOMETOWN TO CELEBRATE art and community.
THIS YEAR, WE HAVE ASKED NATIONAL, REGIONAL, AND LOCAL MUSICAL ACTS TO SHARE THE STAGE WITH US IN OUR HOMETOWN. In addition, we have teamed up with our local brewery, Wild Side, to develop the Oliver Hazard ale, soon to be the most refreshing beer of all time. come down to waterville ohio on august 17th, meet our community, crack open an olihazard ale, and enjoy some exceptional music.

Oliver Hazard Day takes place on the main drag of Waterville’s historic Third Street, just off of old route 24. It is very easy to find if you route yourself to “waterville Ohio” on google maps.
If you are still having trouble finding it, punch in “Third street Cigar” or “Mad anthony’s Tavern” into your GPS, this should do the trick.
There is an airport in toledo, ohio (15 minutes away), however the most frequented airport is detroit international airport. Waterville is just under an hour drive from the airport.
There is no specified parking lot for this event. As it is a downtown Waterville street festival, Street parking is available all around town!
This festival is wheelchair friendly. There is no alternative gate for handicap access, entry gate is on the Farnsworth and thrid street. Please come right to the front of the line, and our volunteers will give you priority.

Yes! We encourage the option to bring your own seating. Seating not provided
Is this event kid friendly?
Yes! It is. We are even setting up a guitar school for kids at the festival, where your child can be taught and inspired by some great local musicians and if you're lucky, some of the great musicians playing at Oliver Hazard Day.
Will there be food at the festival?
Yes. We are inviting a few amazing food vendors & food trucks to help us fuel our festival goers!
Is there camping on-site?
